Setting: Riverfront, custom designed, solidly crafted, fully equipped redwood and glass 3 bedroom plus loft, 2 bath home sleeps up to 7. Unique, private, quiet property located near world famous Bohemian Club and Grove has dream setting and drop-dead views, its own beach, island, expansive sand and gravel bars for sunning, swimming, fishing, and canoeing; towering redwoods up to 1,000 years old, sunny grassy terraces, myriad flowers and birds, large sunny redwood decks with redwood furniture seating 14, and parking for up to 6 cars.

House is newly furnished including sofas, sectionals, and 3 recliners seating 10 comfortably by the fireplace in the living area with vaulted ceiling, new stereo cable TV, Hi-Fi VCR, and hi-power stereo. There are large dining tables in and out. Master bedroom has King bed, 2nd bedroom has Queen, 3rd has Twin, and loft has very comfortable Full sofabed. All BRs have large closets with generous shelves, chairs, and tables. Beds include blankets, pillows, and bedspreads; linens and towels are available upon request. The loft and living areas are brightened by 2 large skylights which also enable nighttime stargazing. Living, dining, and kitchen have full-length river view and fireplace. Kitchen has Jenn-Air convection oven and Jenn-Air grill (there is also a large Weber grill on the deck), professional gas stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, popcorn maker, crockpot, ice cream maker, service for 9-12, and usual cookware.

Other nearby activities include tennis at Moscow and Main, golf at Northwood 2 miles east, hiking and beachcombing at Jenner and Goathead State Beach, the Delta, Saltpoint State Park, Fort Ross S.H.P., ArmStrong Redwoods S.P., shopping and dining at Jenner (River's End), Duncans' Mills (craftshops), Guerneville (Sweets, etc.), Occidental (Union Hotel restaurant), Forestville (Topolos), Freestone (mud baths and natural clothing store), and Monte Rio (Village Inn). Directions: You can come by the River Road from 101 and pass Guerneville. At the first stop sign you encounter after Guerneville (4 miles west of Guerneville in Monte Rio), turn left (Bohemian Highway) and cross the bridge and take a quick right on Main Street and then the next quick right on Moscow at Bartlett's store. House is 3/8 miles ahead on the right. Park in the car port or across the street along the fence.
